This was the first public performance of the Empty Words Ensemble, comprised of the 3 main organizers of the New Music Collective. The ensemble is devoted to performing entirely improvised music, often utilizing computers and various electronics to create sonic textures and ambient compositions. This concert was part of the Charleston County Public Library's"Local Blend" concert series for 2005.
